Full article in the works, but I got the carb on yesterday and it fired up today. No real issues getting it going! Oil pressure came up about the same time the fuel lines started filling and then it just... started. Amazing.
Much cleaning up to do and, of course, the 4WD doesn’t appear to be working at the moment. But still... small big victories.
EDIT: Oh I think I know why the 4WD didn’t engage. The vacuum source I used I think is actually a disused vacuum switch, not actual vacuum.
Happy dance.

It has been living in the garage since I brought it home, so no good exterior shots yet. I do have this one from when I brought it back, and this article has some good interior shots.

These things are pretty bomber. My mother in law was driving one that was the two halves of of two different cars welded together. She drove it until 2013, when her brot her had pity and gave her a camary.

Honda reliability: you fix what’s broken, and it’ll start right back up as if nothing happened.
